Artemis Resources is a diversified resource investment company listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ticker code ARV) with exposure to uranium deposits and exploration projects and well as moly, base metals and gold projects in Western Australia. Artemis invests in, and provides finance for companies and projects within the mining and resources industry.

During 2007, Artemis took a strategic stake in Contact Resources (ASX code: CTS) with uranium projects in Peru and Kyrgyzstan, in addition to interest in two uranium projects with rights to earn up to 51% in Niger, West Africa - one of the world’s largest producers of uranium.

Through its activities, Artemis has acquired interests in a range of mineral projects including the Spinifex Ridge/Bamboo Creek Molybedenum Base Metals Project, the Yandal Gold Project (located in the Bronzewing Gold Belt of Western Australia), the Mount Clement Gold Project and the Yilgarn Base Metals Project. Artemis's West Australian moly and base metals projects are adjacent to the world class Moly Mines project (ASX code: MOL).

The total gold inventory of Artemis projects is over 70,000 ounces of gold. Mega Uranium (TSX code: MGA), through its wholly owned subsidiary Mega Redport Pty Limited holds a 6% interest in Artemis.

The company will dedicate its resources to projects and companies which have exceptional exploration potential targeting gold, base metals and uranium.
