Artemis Resources is a diversified resource investment company listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ticker code ARV) - investing in, and providing finance for companies and projects within the mining and resources industry.

Through its activities, Artemis has acquired interests in a range of mineral projects including the Spinifex Ridge/Bamboo Creek Molybdenum Base Metals Project, the Yandal Gold Project, the Mount Clement Gold Project and the Yilgarn Base Metals Project.

The Company will dedicate its resources to projects and companies which have exceptional exploration potential targeting gold, base metals and uranium.

Artemis works with public or private resource companies with market capitalisations under $250 million that may benefit from the skill sets offered by the Company’s Board and senior management team, whom hold extensive expertise within the resources industry.

The name Artemis Resources is derived from the ancient Greek goddess of hunting, wild animals and wilderness: an echo of Artemis’ aim to seek to expand its activities within the minerals industry, in both Australia and overseas.
