Artemis listed on the ASX on Friday 16 March 2007 after the successful completion of an initial public offer to raise $5 million.

Artemis’ corporate strategy is to maximise shareholder return through its personnel who have a strong track record of success in the mining industry.

The Board has extensive experience including detailed knowledge of the exploration, legal and finance industries.

Mining expert Tony Grey has been appointed as Special Adviser to the Board. Mr Grey has over 30 years experience in the mining industry and founded Pancontinental Mining which was subject to a takeover in the 1990’s for $500 million. During his tenure at Pancon, Tony was involved in the discovery of Australia’s largest uranium deposit at Jabiluka, NT. Tony is currently Chairman of International Ferro Metals and director of Mega Uranium Ltd.

Artemis has an active pipeline of mineral projects in Australia and overseas which are currently under review.

Mega Uranium, a TSX listed company, through its wholly owned subsidiary Mega Redport Pty Ltd holds a 6% interest in Artemis.
