Mr Sevag Chalabian
Chairman

Sevag Chalabian is a commercial lawyer and adviser. Until March 2004, he was a Partner with Phillips Fox Lawyers. In 2004, he established in partnership a boutique commercial law practice, Lands Legal. His practice concentrates on mining joint ventures, corporate transactions and property and financing projects.

Mr John Miles
Non-executive Director

John Miles is a director of Pelican Hotels (UK) Limited, and has worked primarily as a lawyer with significant experience in advising governments, state and major corporations and high net worth individuals.

A Solicitor of the Supreme Court, Mr Miles has held many senior positions including Partner - Hunton and Williams, Partner - Mayer Brown Rowe & Maw, and Solicitor and Partner - Denton Wilde Sapte.

Mr Miles holds expertise in minerals (gold, coal, iron ore) and oil and gas industries, trade and government relations proficiencies, as well as advising hydrocarbon and mineral projects, concessions and agreements.

Mr Barry Woodhouse
Director and Company Secretary

Barry Woodhouse is currently a director and/or company secretary of a number of listed and unlisted companies including Australian listed company Apollo Minerals Limited.

Mr Woodhouse has significant experience in mineral oil exploration and production and information technology industries having held a number of senior positions, including Financial Controller, Company Secretary and Director, with companies operating in these sectors. Mr Woodhouse is particularly experienced in the establishment, rejuvenating, listing, management and administration of junior listed companies.

Mr Woodhouse is a Certified Practising Accountant and a fellow of Chartered Secretaries Australia.

Mr Anthony (Tony) Grey
Special Adviser to the Board

Tony Grey is a Director of TSX listed company Mega Uranium, and Chairman of London Stock Exchange AIM listed International Ferro Metals Limited (IFL), which is at present producing ferrochrome from its mine in South Africa.

Mr Grey holds a considerable amount of mining and exploration expertise in both resource project assessment and execution and mining finance. In 1972, Mr Grey founded Pancontinental Mining, building a paramount Australian public listed company which was taken over for A$510 million.

Mr Grey left Pancontinental Mining in 1992 to become Director of the National Mutual Royal Bank for four years, and was then appointed Chairman of ASX listed gold mining company Kingsgate Consolidated Limited.

Mr Frans Voermans
Consulting Geologist

Mr Voermans holds a BSc (1968) and MSc (1973) in Geology from the University of Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

He has been active as a geologist since 1969 and gained a broad variety of experience in exploration, development and mining of projects in Southern Europe, Africa (Zambian Copperbelt) and Australia.

As Senior Geologist for Agip Australia, he was closely involved in the discovery and subsequent development of the Radio Hill Nickel-Copper Mine and the Elizabeth Hill Silver Mine which are both located near Karratha in the West Pilbara of Western Australia.

In 1992, Mr Voermans established his own consultancy services (Voermans Geological Services Pty Ltd ACN 065 480 855). He has undertaken consulting work for a large number of exploration and mining companies including Cambrian Resources NL, Pilbara Mines NL, Legend Mining NL, Dragon Mining NL, Apex Minerals NL and private prospector Mark Creasy.

Since his arrival in Australia in 1986 Mr Voermans has spent a considerable portion of his work in the West Pilbara. Recently he has been consulting for Fox Resources Ltd, who is presently mining the Radio Hill Nickel Mine and is one of the largest tenure holders in the West Pilbara.

Mr Voermans is a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and a Chartered Professional (Geology) since October 2000. He is also a Member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists.
